Before you connect your CRM

Is it safe to let an agent touch my Pipedrive?

The health check is read-only. After that, every change is backed up before it happens, risky ones wait for your OK, and anything can be put back exactly as it was.

Which agents does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini as a connector, Cursor, Claude Code and Gemini CLI through MCP or the CLI, and any agent that supports MCP. You can switch assistants anytime: your history and undo stay in Pipehand.

I don't use an AI agent yet. Is it for me?

Yes. You can review and approve cleanups in the browser, and the backup and undo protect you from changes made by people and integrations too.

Can it undo changes made before I connected?

No. It can undo anything that happens after you connect. Your first backup is taken the moment you connect, so that's your first restore point.

Where are my backups stored?

Encrypted, in the EU or the US, your choice. On Scale you can keep them in your own Google Drive or Amazon S3 instead.

Will it use up my Pipedrive API limits?

Pipedrive gives every company a daily API budget. Pipehand does its heavy work at night and never uses more than a share you set, so your other integrations keep working.

What if I go over my plan's record limit?

Nothing breaks and nothing gets deleted. We'll let you know, and you can move to the next plan when it suits you.

How is this different from Pipedrive Nova?

Nova is Pipedrive's free meeting assistant. It records your Zoom, Meet and Teams calls and suggests updates to the deal you met about, which you approve. Pipehand works across your whole CRM: new people, duplicates, companies, related deals and tasks. It works with the AI and note taker you already use, and any change can be undone later. You can use both.

Is Pipehand made by Pipedrive?

No. Pipehand is an independent product that connects to Pipedrive through its official API.
